Finished pitch

We have finished our pitch over the weekend and presented it today to the class.

Choosing the song

Me and my group decided on the song. We looked into Melanie Martinez's songs, as well as Camila Cabello's songs (Havana, OMG), but decided to stick with Melanie Martinez as we felt we could do something more creative in the music video. We considered Cake and Gingerbread Man, but we chose Gingerbread Man as it is slow and we want to do something that's not too fast paced.


From today, we will be coming up with ideas for the music video and preparing our pitch.

Lip sync task - edited video

Me and my group made this video to practice lip syncing, shooting and editing. I think it came out rather well, however, when we make our final music video, we will have to manage our time better.




UPDATE (09/02/2018): We have done this practice music video to Taylor Swift's song called 'Style', but we've only recently noticed that it has been removed from Youtube after checking through my blog. We are unable to find it after this amount of time so apologies for the missing video.
